Or, maybe FG is really guilty (oh come on ryan, do you even doubt it?) and that administration allies in the congress are so trying to turn the tables just so they can hide the fact that corruption here in the Philippines starts with the first family.

but seriously, it angers me that they fail to realize that Filipinos are not THAT stupid to STILL NOT be aware of the rampant corruption in their country. In fact, they are so aware, they're already numb.

No, I don't think the World Bank would give a damn about the Philippines if the latter is not wasting its money. To merely dismiss the whole thing based on the fact that the World Bank is uncooperative (and I think they have the prerogative to be so) would be like doing nothing to put out a fire even when you're already seeing smoke.

If such an obvious thing like this blatant case of corruption would not be resolved, I will have another reason to leave this country eventually.
